As it has been for more than 200 years, the foundation of an Albany Academies’ education is high expectations with rigorous academics and appropriate social and emotional supports. We understand how gender differences impact learning at every age level and provide 学生 with classroom settings that reflect this understanding.     Stephanie Bramlett is the inaugural Director of 股本 and Inclusion at Phillips Exeter Academy. She works with every constituency group at PEA-- all employees, 学生, 父母, 受托人, 校友, 以及更广泛的埃克塞特社区. Stephanie is the head of the summer Exeter Diversity Institute and is a board member of the New England chapter of People of Color in Independent Schools.
